Letters to Confetti's
Confetti’s
I wanted to thank you for a fun and great year. The Benefit show really helped and brought a lot of people together. You guys always put on a great show. I made a lot of friends and meet a lot of nice people.
Thanks again
Tim Price
Roger and I would like to thank you all for being so hospitable while we were there visiting our first Confetti Car Show from Wisconsin. We wouldn't have missed it for anything. We met some very nice people and saw some very sweet cars ( I call them "EYE CANDY"). We were very surprised to have had our names called to except a trophy just for attending. Now that's what I call real southern hospitality.
We have to also thank my brother Chris Dahl, because with out his interests in cars alone, we may not have made the journey.
God Bless all of you who put so much into this, and may you all be safe in your future journeys. We will always enjoy the memories and hope to see you all again someday.
Warmest Regards,
Roger and Kim Delfosse

WE LOVED THE JACKETS. THEY FIT GREAT. WE LIKE TO THANK YOU GUYS FOR A GREAT YEAR. WE ENJOYED THE CHRISTMAS PARTY . HAD THREE BIRTHDAYS THIS MONTH. BOBBY49,CRYSTAL 22 AND GEORGE 21 . HAVE A GREAT CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM THE GILMERS .
We would like to send a warm thanks to all that were involved in the first annual car/truck show in Camilla, Georgia which was also a benefit for a local gentlemen who has cancer. We feel that the event was truly a success. The professionalism that was showed by Confetti was awesome. We truly believe that God had a hand in everything. He allowed the weather to be wonderful. We serve a great God who told us that "the things which are impossible with men are possible with God" (Luke 18:27). When we allow God to take control of our whole life, he will and can do awesome wonders. We certainly appreciate your time and efforts on all the e-mails that were sent out. We would like to teach our younger generation about the heritage of the automobiles, so the legacy will be preserved through them. So the children can share the knowledge and the love for this heritage. We would like to thank all the vendors for their generous donations.

I would like to say thanks for all the great shows we have attended. I really enjoy the family atmosphere at all of Confetti's car shows!! I would also like to give a big thanks for you giving my daughter Kaitlyn (3 yrs. old) a trophy for her "barbie beetle" at the Thomasville Car Show. She has attended shows with us since before she was born and she loves to go. She was so excited to win her first trophy that she had to keep it in her bed with her that night. It is now Thursday and the trophy goes in the car with us everywhere we go!!! She is asking everday when is the next car show, because she wants everyone to see her car. Thanks for these memories!!!!! See you all in Albany.

Bob, thanks for the e-mail that photo was from the first show. Glad to see you doing the show this yr. the two previous shows hadn't been to everyones liking, mainly the judging, and combining of loud music in vehicles, and not classic and antique vehicles only. I hope you get the info. about you doing the show to alought of the clubs especially the cordele group. They were very displeased last yr. and said they would not be back. I know they and others will change their minds when they find out you are doing the show. Hope to see you then.

I'd like to ask a small favor if you don't mind.

Talk about a surprise!! I left to early, obviously. Alice
called me about mid afternoon on the Sunday following the Veterans
Day show. I would have never in hundreds of years dreamed of being
chosen out of so many beautiful cars. I'm right proud of it. The only
thing I regret is leaving to early. I have wanted a Mustang all my
life. I finally got to the point where I could get one and I'm sure
glad I did. Thanks so much for all the hard work and effort put into
this event and making my day so memorable. Looks like I have gotten
myself a hobby, huh!!
Sincerely, Julie Griffin Cordele, Georgia Proud owner of the 2004
Mustang
First of all and my highest priority is to thank
you for all of your hard work and dedication you have given to promote
these car shows. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
Is there any way to get copies of pictures made
during the trophies presentation on November 13th, 2004 SALUTE TO
VETERANS Show at Veteran's Memorial State Park in Cordele? If possible
, I would like to get copies of three of us being presented our beautiful
trophies.
Thanks again,
Kenny Jones ( 1st place class 19 )

Hi Bob & Catie,
Thanks for putting on a great show at Wallace Chevrolet in Albany,
Georgia on Saturday, June 19th. Those were the nicest trophies I've
seen yet at ANY car show. The Artesian Antique Auto Club enjoyed your
show and appreciate recognition for best club participation.
We appreciate your fair judging and wide range of categories.

Hey Bob & Catie
I just viewed your new website and was very impressed with all that
you have done. I thought it was great to be able to go back to the
previous shows and look at the pictures. Keep up the good work!!
Alice
Dear Bob/Catie,
Just a short little ole e-mail to relate an experience we had yesterday.
The Cordele Cruisers were invited to a car show in Perry, GA., and
so, we went since I didn't have to work. They only recognized the
top 20, no classes, no age limits, etc. Little did we all know it
was open to everything with wheels.
When they finally got around to the trophies one of the top 20 was
a 2002 Corvette, one a 2004 Jeep that had just been brought (didn't
even have a license plate on it yet, one a 2003 Miata (sp), etc. Needless
to say there were a lot of disappointed people. Our 28 Roadster was
one of the top 20 and the Cordele Cruisers had the most present.
So, our experience was a first. Just wanted to pass along that we
all like the way you (and your group) do things. We all talked about
it and many car show sponsors could learn a lot from you guys. I know
you put alot of effort and professionalism into the shows you do,
and it shows, and it is appreciated. Go Confettis.
Thanks,
Jim Parks |
