Second Annual Edwards Motors Car and Truck Show

| Confetti Car Show Productions welcomed Wayne Edwards and Edwards Motors once again for a great fall beginning. The clouds looked dark and ominous for awhile, but it ended up a fantastic afternoon. It was nice to see old friends and to meet new ones. We love Moultrie, and Wayne Edwards is a enthusiastic host. We were blessed to have the Cub Scout and Boy Scout Troupes 410 to serve us yummy concessions. The boys and their parents were hard workers taking care of the entrants and visitors alike with hot dogs, hamburgers and cold drinks. A special thanks goes out to Teresa Flannigan and all the wonderful helpers: Colin, Matthew, Payton, Michael, Christopher H., Alex, Raequan, and Christopher R. They earned a lot of money for their troupes, and hopefully a few merit badges, too! The Heritage Christian Church was also present serving morning coffee, and selling 50/50 tickets for their youth group. Along with the winning money, Edwards Motors had donations from Wal-Mart, and other organizations to add to the winnings at the end of the day. All in all, we had a super day, and we thank Wayne for being a supporter of car shows. Confetti's wants to thank Michael Stewart, who drove his 1970 Chevrolet Monte Carlo all the way from Jacksonville, FL.. But he was in a tough crowd, with a pristine display of Mustangs, from vintage to modern day. Mike Fuches shared his 2001 Bullitt, and we also saw David Hawkins 2005 Tribute Shelby GT 350. We were honored with Miss Emily Dixon 6 years old, from Thomasville, GA as our little Miss Confetti. Wayne Edwards also honored our show with an incredibly beautiful crystal vase trophy as "Dealer's Choice". The recipient of that award went to Andy Sorrells, with is 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass. Thanks Andy, for bringing your classic ride! Please Join Confetti's with our final show of the year at Donalsonville, GA for the sixth year running.
